Utah Fits All (UFA) Policy & Compliance
Anthem Preparatory School is committed to full compliance with all Utah Fits All (UFA) program requirements. The following policies are provided to ensure transparency for families and to meet state guidelines for approved private schools.
Tuition Refund & Reimbursement Policy
Anthem Prep maintains a clearly defined tuition refund and reimbursement policy, which is publicly available on our website and included in all tuition disclosures.
Tuition is an annual contractual obligation, regardless of payment plan selected (annual, semi-annual, or monthly).
Refunds, if applicable, are determined based on the timing of withdrawal and outlined terms in the enrollment agreement. Funds will be reimbursed based on the pro-rated timeframe.
Fees already incurred (including deposits and applicable expenses) may be non-refundable.
Any eligible reimbursements or adjustments are processed according to the published policy and within a reasonable timeframe. UFA scholarship funds will be returned to Odyssey.
Families are encouraged to review the full refund policy prior to enrollment.
Tuition Structure Requirement
To comply with UFA guidelines:
Anthem Prep charges a single, comprehensive tuition rate.
Tuition is not charged per course or subject.
Payment options may include annual, semi-annual, or monthly plans, but all reflect the same full-year tuition obligation.
If individual courses or supplemental programs are offered, they may be available separately through the UFA marketplace.
Full-Time Enrollment Requirement
As an approved UFA private school:
Anthem Prep enrolls full-time students only through the UFA private school program.
Part-time enrollment is not permitted under UFA private school guidelines.
Any part-time or supplemental offerings may be made available separately through the UFA marketplace.
